Martín Besio

Martín Besio has focused his practice on counsel and litigation in criminal matters, with a particular emphasis on complex cases (multi-sectorial disputes).

Martín worked from 2005 to 2011 as a criminal lawyer for Rivadeneira Zegers y Cía., and then from 2011 to 2012, he was a Professor of Criminal Law and Researcher (post-doctorate) for the Department of Criminal Law of the University of Barcelona (Spain).

Degree in Legal and Social Sciences, Diego Portales University School of Law (2003). Admission, 2004.

Ph.D. in Law from the University of Barcelona (graduating summa cum laude). LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Science from the University of Barcelona and Pomeu Fabra University.

Master in Constitutional Law and Public Institutions from Diego Portales University.
