Ciro Colombara

Ciro’s practice is concentrated mainly on complex national and international litigation.

Ciro is a founding partner of RCZ. He has more than 25 years of experience in complex litigation, both national and international. He has developed his career mainly in sophisticated disputes involving criminal law, civil law, public law, international law and human rights, among other matters. He represents Roxin Alliance in Chile, a world network of law firm specializing in business crime litigation. He usually litigates before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals and the Constitutional Court, in addition to other specialized courts in Chile, while internationally, he is a litigator, for instance, before the International Criminal Court and the OECD.

In 1999, he founded and headed the law firm of ColombaraOlmedo, merged in 2009 to create RCZ.

In 2019, he was elected to be the sole representative in Chile of FraudNet, a world network of lawyers specializing in tracking and recovering assets. It has been operating under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce since 2004, a business organization with offices in 90 countries.

During the year 2019 Ciro Colombara López was recognized by the Chambers & Partners ranking, specifically for his work in the White Collar Crime area.
