Aldo Díaz

Aldo’s practice is focused mainly on complex white-collar crime litigation, strategic assistance, public law, civil and commercial law, alternative dispute resolution and contentious administrative proceedings.

He is the Director of Complex Litigation area in RCZ. Likewise, is legal Director of Hakamana Litigation Fund.


His career began in the ColombaraOlmedo law firm, where he worked from 2004 to 2009, mainly in the areas of criminal, civil and contentious administrative litigation. After the merger of ColombaraOlmedo and Rivadeneira Zegers in 2009 that created RCZ, he continued to work in the areas of complex litigation, with particular emphasis on civil, commercial and contentious administrative matters and alternative dispute resolution. He also handled civil and commercial affairs before ordinary and arbitration courts, the Court of Public Contracts, the Court of Administrative Disciplinary Responsibility, administrative inquiries and investigations, petitions to government agencies and to the Office of General Accountability of Chile and the Constitutional Court, among others.
